Medical Director – Lazy 3 Animal Care

Lazy 3 Animal Care is a growing mixed-animal practice in the heart of Texas ranch country, and we’re looking for a Medical Director ready to step into a true leadership role—not just manage, but shape the future of the practice.

As Medical Director, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor the clinical team
  • Set and uphold medical standards
  • Partner with leadership on growth and direction
  • Build lasting relationships within the community

This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just clock in and out.

Clinic Snapshot
  • Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
  • Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
  • Support: 3:1
  • Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care
