Mission Manager The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every single day in support of our nation's defense. With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to find and interpret the best data to provide their clients with the best answers. As a Mission Manager, you can use your technical, operational, and military experience to develop actionable intelligence for our client. If you have a strong operational background, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to support our national security. As a Mission Manager on our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our client understand their operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space. You'll gain an understanding of a multitude of different collection platforms and tools as you explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open-source. You'll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments on strategic-level targets within your assigned area of responsibility (AOR). You'll become the authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, so our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise and develop new skills in incorporating raw and often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools, enabling you to affect the targeting narrative and picture. You'll drive complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. You'll work with a team where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. You'll have direct leadership opportunities for leading mission partners in a 24/7/365 operations environment. You Have: 3+ years of experience in the operational community 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation Knowledge of lifecycle and sponsor operations, including how to support them and applying appropriate stages for executing a client's mission Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced and high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
