What You Bring to the Arena
  • Lead mission critical and data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout, often in live, occupied, or secure environments.
  • Own the financial performance of your projects, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, contracts, change management, and cost control.
  • Build and manage project schedules with zero tolerance for slippage, proactively identifying risks that could jeopardize commissioning or occupancy dates.
  • Partner with the Superintendent and specialty trade partners to sequence critical power, cooling, and life-safety systems without disrupting live operations.
  • Lead OAC meetings and serve as a trusted, technically fluent partner to owners, engineers, and mission critical trade partners.
  • Drive commissioning (Cx), QA/QC, and risk management processes specific to mission critical infrastructure.
  • Manage the security, access control, and safety protocols required to work in active or classified environments.
  • Develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while building teams that execute flawlessly under pressure.

  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
  • Proven experience independently leading $10M-$50M+ mission critical, data center, or other highly technical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems - UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, switchgear, fire suppression, and BMS.
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and industry standards (Uptime Institute Tier ratings, TIA-942, or similar).
  • Experience working in live, occupied, or secure environments, including associated access and background-check protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience.
