Full Job Description
We are pleased to announce the opening for a Missile Defense Integration Engineer who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a Missile Defense Agency team known for the rapid advancement of new technologies and capabilities to maintain our nation's warfighting edge in the field.

We are seeking a self-motivated engineer with strong scheduling, data analytics, and visualization skills. This individual will help build and maintain robust schedule-tracking tools and analytical dashboards across multiple complex programs, operating with significant autonomy and initiative.

Responsibilities

The Missile Defense Integration Engineer will support schedule management, analytical tool development, and data visualization. Duties include:
• Acting as a primary or supporting scheduler across multiple complex programs
• Designing and maintaining scalable schedule-tracking and analytical tools
• Using Palantir's "Foundry" to develop tools and dashboards that enable effective interpretation of complex datasets
• Developing reporting products using Tableau and PowerBI
• Using PowerApps to simplify workflows and support program automation
• Providing periodic support for database management and assisting in SharePoint administration
• Operating independently and taking initiative to turn high-level objectives into complete, functional tools

Basic Qualifications
• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
7+ years of engineering experience
• Experience supporting complex, multi-program scheduling
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Active security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting database management tasks
• Experience with SharePoint site administration
• Ability to use Palantir's Foundry for data analysis and dashboard development
• Proficiency with Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Experience with PowerApps
• Experience supporting DoD programs, preferably missile defense or complex systems engineering efforts
