About The Role

Draganfly Inc. is looking for a Military Request for Information who will own and manage the military opportunity pipeline from identification through submission. They will be the link between Revenue Operations and Military Sales and will be responsible for tracking, qualifying, and coordinating defense-related opportunities to support the company's growth strategy.

They will also lead the administration and submission of military RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, solicitations, grants, OTA opportunities, SBIR/STTR programs, and international defense tenders, while maintaining a centralized opportunity database to ensure visibility, compliance, and timely execution across the capture and proposal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Military Opportunity Identification
  • Monitor defense procurement sources, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, BAAs, SBIR/STTR programs, grants, OTAs, NATO opportunities, and allied nation tenders.
  • Maintain the military opportunity pipeline, identify upcoming pursuits, forecast procurement activity, and support bid/no-bid decisions.


Military Capture Management
  • Develop capture plans, opportunity summaries, and pursuit strategies in collaboration with Military Growth leadership.
  • Coordinate customer engagement efforts, teaming partnerships, and key milestones leading to formal solicitations.


Proposal Management
  • Lead military proposal efforts from kickoff through submission, including schedules, compliance matrices, response outlines, and executive reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributions to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time submissions.


Military Sales Support
  • Support Military Sales Executives with customer intelligence, procurement calendars, opportunity tracking, and pursuit activities.
  • Develop capability statements and customer-facing materials, and assist with briefings, demonstrations, evaluations, and pilot programs.


Proposal Library & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain proposal libraries, templates, reusable content, certifications, resumes, references, capability statements, and past performance records.
  • Coordinate proposal deliverables, kickoff meetings, status reviews, and deadline management.


Reporting & Analytics
  • Track pipeline value, proposal activity, win rates, and pursuit outcomes.
  • Maintain dashboards and provide reporting on upcoming opportunities, strategic pursuits, and overall performance.

Compensation package:
  • Competitive salary: $115,000 - $130,000 USD
