SUMMARY

Training SpecialistIVis responsible fordesigning,developingand delivering effective training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization.Collaborates with Subject Matter Expertsand stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the training program.May provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Training Specialists within the organization.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

KEYDUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.

Analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 (Sustainment) to ensure training scenarios accurately reflect current Combat Sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Act as the primary liaison to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and operational units, conducting "Soldier Touchpoints" to validate that virtual trainers meet the Force Projection mission.

Create complex training scenarios and "digital twins" of logistical hubs (e.g., ports, railheads) for use in the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).

Identify staff operations relative to the deployment and employment of military combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units as they relate to the training and testing.

Participate in various materiel developer/combat developer events as a military doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, staff operations, and deployment/employment of combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the combat developer requirements are understood by the materiel developer throughout the systems acquisition process.

Must be able to obtain andmaintainthe required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities,equipmentand property.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degreeand a minimum ofsevento ten(7-10) years of related experience orequivalentcombination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handleobjectsandoperatetools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand,walkand stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Mustfrequentlylift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
