The Opportunity:- Practice systems engineering on an Agile program delivering GEOINT capabilities to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
- Work on-site at a Government facility, embedded with mission stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Take ownership of requirements, interfaces, and verification work on real mission systems.
- Grow your engineering depth with senior engineers and Government counterparts.
This position is contingent on contract award. Responsibilities: - Analyze, decompose, and manage requirements and traceability across program capabilities.
- Develop and maintain interface documentation and support cross-system coordination.
- Produce system design artifacts, diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Support verification and validation activities including test planning and execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis on system issues and develop technical solutions.
- Coordinate engineering tasks with development teams and Government stakeholders.
- Guide and support junior engineers on established engineering processes.
Qualifications: Required:
- Required TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience accepted).
- 4+ years of systems engineering experience on software-intensive systems.
- Experience with requirements analysis, interface documentation, and V&V support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Ability to work on-site at a Government facility.
Desired:
- Exposure to GEOINT or geospatial systems.
- Familiarity with SAFe delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with MBSE tools or practices.
- Ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$69,100-$141,500
