Full Job Description
Purpose and Impact:

Amentum is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the designated intelligence manager responsible for supporting and coordinating our overarching Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) mission. In this role, you will serve as the localized liaison between the Government and the contractor workforce, ensuring all support-related taskings are assigned to shift leads based on specific unit requirements. You will execute the administrative and supervisory functions necessary to manage the mission, which includes ensuring each contractor analyst meets requirements within the terms of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), providing personnel counseling as necessary, and escalating key recommendations to the Program Manager (PM).

Work Schedule:
  • 8 hrs / day
  • 5 week day


Essential Responsibilities:
• Act as a senior supervisor for overall mission management.
• Assign support-related taskings to mission leads based on specific unit requirements.
• Ensure all contractor analysts meet mission requirements within the terms of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Provide professional counseling to contractor personnel as necessary.
• Execute administrative functions necessary to maintain operational support.
• Escalate suggestions and recommendations to the Program Manager (PM) as necessary.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid work environment


Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • At least three (3) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis.
  • Familiar with the following systems or software: MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, GETS, FalconView, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, and/or CENTAUR. Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth. Familiarity with US Army and US Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems.
  • Demonstrated program/project management experience.


Security Clearance Required:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance


Minimum Education:
  • BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience OR Associates degree and 12 years of experience.


Minimum Years of Experience:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis. BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience with A-ISR systems and programs OR Associates degree AND 12 years of experience with A- ISR systems and programs Demonstrated experience with PED support of A-ISR systems.


Required Certifications:
  • PMP


Preferred Qualifications:
  • SOCOM / JSOC / ARSOF SOF experience

Compensation Details:
$115,000 - $130,000
