Position Title: Mid-Level Program Integrator

Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time

Description of Duties:

We are seeking a proactive Mid-Level Program Integrator to drive financial and operational execution on a highly visible Operations and Sustainment (O&S) Task Order. The Mid-Level Program Integrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This role serves as the critical nexus between project management, finance, and operational execution. The ideal candidate can act as the primary Control Account Manager (CAM) for material and operations teams, ensuring strict adherence to budget and schedule baselines. Crucially, this position is designed with a deliberate growth trajectory, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to progressively take on broader operational oversight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control Account Management (CAM):
    • Serve as the formal CAM for designated operations and material control accounts.
    • Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC), analyze cost/schedule variances, and prepare comprehensive corrective action plans.
  • Material Tracking & Execution:
    • Monitor the complete lifecycle of material procurement.
    • Ensure material purchases align with baseline budgets, track delivery schedules, and mitigate supply chain risks impacting the O&S mission.
  • Program Integration:
    • Synchronize activities across diverse operational teams.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure all Task Order deliverables are integrated seamlessly.
  • Operational Oversight (Growth Path):
    • Progressively assume leadership in day-to-day operational execution.
    • Partner with program leadership to identify process bottlenecks, implement efficiencies, and drive overall Task Order success.

Basic Requirements:
  • Must have 7, or more, years of relevant professional experience in project integration, finance, or program management.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business, Project Management, IT Management, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Must have documented work experience acting as a CAM or supporting CAM activities (e.g., variance analysis, EAC development).
  • Must have proven ability to manage and track material budgets and schedules.
  • Must have demonstrated success in driving integration activities across multiple teams or functional areas within a complex project.
  • Must have a solid familiarity with defense contracting environments, including standard Task Order reporting structures.
  • Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance


Desired Requirements:
  • Have a master's degree in project management or related discipline
  • Have a PMP Certification
  • Have 10, or more, years relevant profession experience

Compensation Details:
$120,000 - $140,000
