Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

Advanced Nurse Practitioners will practice independently and in collaboration with Hospice Care physicians and IDT members. While providing quality patient care, will establish and maintain appropriate patient/provider relationships with a wide variety of inpatient and community residents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education
  • Masters of Nursing

Minimum Work Experience
  • 1 Years

Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Current Texas Driver's License
  • CPR

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
  • Understand the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual concerns/problems of terminally ill patients and families
  • Accountable to Medical Director for clinical/medical oversight and professional services
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Effectively directs personnel as appropriate
