MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (Civil Litigation) - Hybrid

We're seeking an associate with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience who is ready to step into a role with real responsibility, meaningful mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within the firm. You'll work on a diverse range of complex civil litigation matters in practice areas such as professional liability, commercial and business litigation, product liability, employment and labor, and environmental and toxic torts.

A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney

As a litigation associate attorney at Morrison Mahoney LLP, you'll take on a substantive and engaging role that balances autonomy with collaboration. You'll manage a diverse caseload from start to finish - drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, meeting critical deadlines, and driving matters forward.

Your litigation skills will continue to deepen through regular opportunities to prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Maintaining proactive and professional communication with clients - including providing status updates and strategic guidance - will be an essential part of your practice.
