Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:- Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
- Produce strategic-level assessments and products.
- As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
- Share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with X.
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $113,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
