We are seeking an experienced systems engineer with strong technical depth in military system development and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to develop innovative, mission-focused solutions to complex challenges. Responsibilities:
  • Design and establish architecture for battlefield network and command and control systems.
  • Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, verification, and compliance with program objectives.
  • Provide expertise in open systems standards, mission engineering, software design, all as part of an integrated digital approach.
  • Apply mission engineering principles to optimize and analyze system and subsystem performance across diverse platforms and operational environments.
  • Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures and integrated technical solutions.

Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Product Line Engineering a plus
  • Experience with common Digital Engineering tools

Qualifications

  • BS 5-7, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 (Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience with one or more of the following
    • NoMagic
    • MagicDraw
    • Cameo
    • SysML
    • UPDM
    • IBM Rhapsody
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
