At least 10 12 years of experience in IT o 8 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must) • Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 3 large, end to end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts • Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service ¿ Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations) • Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including ¿ .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 ¿ Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 ¿ Scribe and SSIS • Modern workloads: ¿ Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred ¿ Experience in Azure AI / Client, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable • Experience in working in an Agile DevOps is a must • Good team handling and customer facing skills
