In this role, you will shape our enterprise architecture, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our strategic objectives and industry best practices. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving innovation, addressing complex challenges, and maintaining the scalability, security, and compliance of our technology landscape. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user and operational support, managing incidents and service requests for Aero Commercial and GCCH tenants.
  • Perform periodic maintenance tasks like patching of Exchange servers, cleanup of Exchange objects etc.
  • Administer Exchange Servers (on-premises) including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Manage Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including migrations.
  • Administer and support GCC High (GCCH) environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell.
  • Implement problem management to reduce incident tickets.
  • Support business requirements by identifying and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • You must be a US Citizen
