Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Supervises data integrity analysts in day-to-day responsibilities; reallocate tasks as necessary to ensure smooth and accurate workflow in daily processes.
  • Perform regular system configurations and maintenance, testing when needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of systems data, in the form of data loads and audits.
  • Runs sample procedures in TEST environment in preparation for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Investigates system capabilities and technologies to optimize the use of our applications and automation. 
  • Responsible for developing data quality controls to maintain integrity. 
  • Gather business requirements and recommend solutions in collaboration with partnering teams (i.e. IT, Finance, OR).
  • Responsible for leading data integrity analysts for accuracy & completion of any Supply Chain data projects assigned; determines priorities and provides guidance.
  • Monitor data analysts workload for efficiency; suggests and/or implement procedures to improve productivity.
  • Periodically analyzes internal work processes and procedures and recommends procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency and/or customer service.
  • Conducts mid-year and annual reviews for data integrity analysts. Responsible for staff performance metrics, provides work direction, guidance, coaching and training for staff.
  • Resource for enhanced reporting and assists in data validation for creation of new reports and automated system scripts; train data integrity analysts on usage of data tools.
  • Develop training materials, as needed to effectively educate and involve personnel in applying good data integrity practices into routine activities organization wide.
  • Provides analytics and reporting for any type of Supply Chain related requests including but not limited to purchasing/usage requests, physician usage, expense tracking, perpetual inventory reporting.

  • Participates in Strategic plans for the department including departmental goals across teams.
  • Works closely with Inventory control teams, Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure efficient product transitions and timely updating of information systems.
  • Oversee data entry tasks as necessary – building of items, product updates, maintaining of dictionaries within the system.
  • Liaison with Finance for accuracy of information for items data capture.
  • Works closely with Purchasing and Contracting teams to confirm price and contract integrity; auditing of price files for accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support for data inquiries and project updates.
  • Monitor compliance in Supply Chain areas by utilizing analytics.
  • Ad Hoc projects/reports for Supply Chain support as needed.
  • Conduct and manage special projects as assigned and required.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-10 years related experience required.
  • 3 years leadership experience required.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and being comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Utilize problem solving techniques for data analysis, with attention to detail. 
  • Strong experience implementing and supporting applications within a hospital setting/healthcare required. 
  • Exquisite communication, time management, follow up and organizational skills are essential.
