Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated use of problem solving, risk management, and continuous improvement tools.
• Effective communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively with various work groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex issues presentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities using data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical support for the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance of inspection methods, process controls, and personnel for uninterrupted material flow.
• Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement related to customer complaints and quality alerts.
• Address nonconformities and CAPAs from audits and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
• Foster a culture of trust and teamwork, involving all relevant functions in decision-making processes.
• Guide the Quality team in risk analysis and process flow improvement.
• Develop and inspire a team of Quality supervisors, engineers, and inspectors to drive change.
