Full Job Description
The Manager, Financial Analysis leads a team of analysts, driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with supply chain, plant operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve profitability, and support global business objectives.

As a trusted business partner, the Manager oversees day-to-day financial operations and long-term planning, identifies opportunities to reduce costs and enhance productivity, and ensures financial processes support sustainable growth. The role also focuses on developing talent, coaching team members, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across diverse global teams.

What You Will Do
  • Drive business performance by identifying and implementing process improvements, delivering data-driven recommendations, leading annual planning, capital budgeting, and standard cost setting, and proactively mitigating business risks.
  • Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives through effective project management, financial expertise, and influential communication across diverse audiences.
  • Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting, and analytical models that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, support forecasting, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build organizational business acumen by coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams through cross-functional collaboration, financial best practices, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver meaningful financial and operational analysis, including forecasts, variance reporting, budgets, and performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across the organization.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
