Manager, C-Store Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategy across the U.S. Convenience channel. You will help translate high-level business priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive performance across the sales organization.
Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will contribute to operational excellence, enable field teams with the right insights and resources, and help deliver results against key business objectives.

Prior ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience:- 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Operations, or related CPG roles
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and category management principles preferred
