Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Job:

The Manager, Clinical Radiology Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical staff within the Diagnostic Imaging Departments. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient departmental performance while fostering collaboration and integration across hospital divisions and external partners.

What You'll Do:
  • Direct and supervise clinical and supervisory staff across all imaging sections
  • Plan, organize, and oversee departmental workflows to ensure optimal patient service
  • Coordinate performance improvement and quality assurance programs
  • Ensure inspection readiness for DNV, FDA, CMS, ACR, and other accrediting bodies
  • Participate in revenue cycle management, including CPT/Charge Master maintenance
  • Recommend clinical staffing levels to balance patient care needs and resource efficiency
  • Serve as liaison with external vendors and internal hospital divisions
  • Drives organizational and department specific goals and strategic imperatives while monitoring performance against plans


Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, business or equivalent field, Required
  • Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, Required
  • ARRT certification in at least 1 modality, Required
  • Minimum of five (5) years as a radiologic technologist or in another imaging discipline
  • Previous management experience in imaging, Required
