Job Description:- Develops and implements effective marketing and business development plans.
- Markets opportunities to potential candidates.
- Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget.
- Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
- Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects.
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
- Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.
- Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity.
- Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision.
- Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]

- Ability to supervise and manage business development initiatives [Required]

Field of Study:- in Business Management or a related field
Work Experience:- 2+ years experience [Required]
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience [Required]
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience [Preferred]
- 3+ years of technical experience [Required]
- 5+ years of technical experience [Preferred]
