Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing fraud reports to assess the efficacy of fraud prevention tactics and strategies, and adjusting policies accordingly
- Serving as the main point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, fostering business relationships to support fraud management goals
- Developing, evaluating, and refining performance metrics to optimize the functions supervised and align with departmental objectives
- Tracking and analyzing team performance, implementing strategic changes to drive improvements in fraud detection and prevention
- Educating employees on the use of performance metrics and tools to bolster financial performance and fraud risk management
- Cultivating a positive work environment by promoting open communication, inclusion, and fair treatment in alignment with company values
- Leading change management initiatives, communicating key business changes to the team and guiding the adoption process
- Ensuring consistent messaging to the team that ties back to the overall business strategy and fosters a customer-centric culture
- Collaborating cross-functionally to maintain consistent operations across the business and enhance vendor management practices
- Generating activity reports and financial forecasts to evaluate progress towards achieving fraud management goals and objectives
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
