Meta Ads SpecialistIn this role, you will leverage your expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to develop and execute Western's digital advertising strategy. You will drive qualified lead volume and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL) across traditional and evolving AI-influenced digital search and advertising channels.
Here is what a typical day looks like- Spearhead Meta and Google Ads campaign strategy and execution across digital channels to increase qualified sales lead volume, with a strong focus on Cost per Lead (CPL) and campaign performance
- Manage, monitor, and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize lead volume and return on advertising investment
- Generate data-driven insights to improve campaign, website traffic, conversion, and performance metrics
- Analyze campaign and customer journey performance using Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, and UX teams to develop high-performing ad creative, messaging, landing page experiences, and calls to action
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, and landing page experiences
- Leverage AI tools and emerging advertising capabilities to identify opportunities, improve campaign performance, and complement SEO and AI search strategies
- Conduct campaign post-mortems and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and future campaign strategies
The value you bring- 5+ years of experience developing and managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including responsibility for six- to seven-figure advertising budgets
- Demonstrated experience developing, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital advertising campaigns with a focus on lead generation and Cost per Lead
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC advertising strategies
- Experience conducting campaign analysis, performance reporting, and campaign post-mortems
- Experience with A/B testing, user behaviour analytics, and heatmap or digital experience tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data and consumer behaviour into actionable advertising strategies
- Deep familiarity with evolving consumer trends, digital advertising platforms, AI-driven search, and emerging digital marketing capabilities
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is considered an asset
