Level-1: General Responsibilities
- Review laboratory results and address critical values
- Provide consultation and treatment for
- Primary care/acute conditions
- Diabetes mellitus
- Erectile dysfunction
- Weight-management
- General laboratory review
- Assist staff with the review of symptoms, history, condition, and treatment (PE, ED, general)
- Refer patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when and if needed
- Maintain a positive "bedside" manner and build rapport with patients through video, messaging, and phone communication
- Enter and maintain appropriate records using our EMR system
- Always maintain strict patient confidentiality
Level-2: Specialist Responsibilities (may require some or all responsibilities depending on experience and position)
- Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patients, to include
- Review of laboratory results
- Monitor critical values (H/H, E2, PSA)
- Medication adjustments
- General patient education about nutrition, lifestyle, and stress
- Consult patients to answer questions about their medication or care plans
- Assist with HRT diagnosis and care plans
- Assist with peptide therapies and fertility
Requirements
- Active license
- Practitioners with multi- state licensing will be given preference
- Must be in good standing with medical board
- Must have adequate equipment for telemedicine, software is provided
- Must commit to working on set deadlines
- Comfort communicating with patients using various channels including phone and video calls
