What You'll Do:

 

As a memory care director, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within our memory care unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the memory care unit
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care
  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being
  • Communicate and effectively implement the overall operating philosophy of the memory care unit to residents, families, responsible parties, and the facility staff.
