The RoleOpusClip is building the next generation of AI-native products, and honestly, we need someone who can keep up. We're looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer who lives at the intersection of applied AI, product instinct, and solid architecture. If you're the type who waits around for a ticket to land in your queue, this isn't it. We need a builder who's genuinely energized by zero-to-one chaos, brings real technical judgment to AI-generated code, and has the grit to ship stuff nobody's seen before.
What We're Looking For- You've worked on AI-native codebases before (product or engineering background, doesn't matter) and you know how to bring order to the chaos.
- Equally comfortable on React up front and Node.js or Django in the back. You don't sit around waiting for someone else to own a layer.
- You've shipped something from scratch, ideally solo or on a tiny team. You define your own scope and actually like ambiguity.
- You've got that combat spirit - speed is everything, and shipping feels like a sport to you. (If you've seen the F1 movie, you already get it.)
- You use Cursor and other AI coding tools fluently, but you also know exactly where their limits are and when it's time for human judgment to take over.
