Our Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team partners with leading healthcare organizations to design innovative digital strategies that solve their most complex technical challenges. We are growing a team of exceptional technical consultants who are passionate about modernizing and optimizing best-in-class EHR platforms. As a Meditech Consultant, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.
As the Meditech Solution Consultant, you will:
- Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Meditech EHR system
- Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
- Provide insights on system workflows, upgrades, systemchangesand ongoing maintenance while identifyingopportunities for system optimization and enhancements
- Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas andobjectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
Requirements:
- Experienced in using Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution tooptimizepatient flows and bed tracking, analyze resource utilizationand looking at ways to improve operational efficiency
- Comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement
- Canidentifyareas for improvement and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care
- Proficiencyin Meditech Clinical Ambulatorysystem build, testing, training, configuration and support.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Previousconsulting experience inan ambulatory,healthcaresetting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively presentfindings and recommendations.
- A minimum of3years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
- Strong project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus.
- RN Certification is preferr
- Travel required (75%).
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorizationrequired.
The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
