Why You'll Love This Role- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM, Friday 8 AM-12 PM
- Hybrid Schedule: Work 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off schedule
- Employment: Hospital-employed via Blue Ridge Medical Group
- Caseload: ~30 patients/day, ~7 surgeries/week
- Scope: Inpatient and outpatient care, standard urological procedures- ROBOT coming in 2026
