- Leading and executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for sterilization and surgical products.
- Providing training and support to clients on the proper use of sterilization and surgical products.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Supporting clients, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting business
- Willingness to work occasionally on weekends or off-hours to accommodate business needs
Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of sales or hospital experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND Nine (9) years of sales or hospital experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current and Valid Drivers License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare from an accredited institution
- Ability to work closely with healthcare professionals to identify needs and provide solutions.
- Experience in medical sales, preferably in the MedSurg or sterilization sector
- Strong understanding of sterilization processes and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
