Position is Hybrid Remote Washington State Only - 3 days a week or as clinic needs. (Primary clinic Main Campus-Seattle)
We are seeking a Medical Photographer to support the Vascular Anomalies (VAN) program across outpatient clinics and the Operating Room (OR). This role is responsible for capturing standardized, high-quality clinical and intraoperative images of complex vascular malformations to support diagnosis, surgical planning, longitudinal disease tracking, and multidisciplinary care. Based at the main campus, this position also provides imaging support to regional satellite clinics (Bellevue and Federal Way) as needed, while managing end-to-end image data stewardship and EMR integration.
Key Responsibilities: Advanced Clinical & Intraoperative Photography: Capture standardized, high-quality images of complex vascular lesions across challenging anatomical sites (including the oral cavity and subtle contour variations) in both clinic and OR environments.
Multi-Site Clinical Support: Provide direct imaging support across the main campus, with travel to Bellevue and Federal Way satellite clinics as required.
Data Stewardship & Systems Integration: Oversee image cataloging, metadata tagging, archiving, and seamless EMR integration in compliance with institutional privacy and HIPAA standards.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with surgical and clinical teams to support diagnostic decision-making, surgical documentation, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Photographic training. Computer software training.

Preferred
Customer service skills. Highly Preferred: Experience in healthcare setting
Second language. Comfort working with children, parent(s), physician and medical staff. Great attention to detail, uploading, editing skills needed.
Compensation Range
$32.87 - $49.31 per hour
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
