In collaboration with project sponsors and other leaders, the technical program manager plans, resources, implements, controls and evaluates programs that support Jefferson's strategic plan. Manages complex technical and educational projects and cross-functional programs that drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Duties- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical, clinical, and educational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and health care compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams to define program goals, scope, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the quality of health care technology solutions
- Ensure all programs adhere to relevant health care regulations, including HIPAA and maintain high standards of data privacy and security
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment
Minimum Qualifications- Master's Degree Focus in Project management
- 5 years experience in project management, preferably healthcare
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams, project management software
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
