✅ Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 /year base + Production
✅ Pro-sal with no negative accrual and no deficits

The Medical Director is responsible for overseeing the medical operations within the hospital, serving as a mentor to the medical staff. Leading the advancement of high-quality patient care and client service. Serve as a mentor to staff, providing stability and leadership within the Hospital.
Supporting DVMs to develop an understanding and best practices of how behaviors impact revenue.
Provide DVM’s one on one development supporting quarterly production, reviewing production performance and coach for improvement.
Work with the Hospital Manager on weekly priorities and expectations
Meet regularly with the Hospital Manager to review controllable costs: DVM and Support Payroll, Inventory
Work in collaboration with the Hospital Manager to maintain and build our relationships with the referring community.
Evaluate and monitor protocols for daily running/flow of hospital from intake to discharge.
Play a significant part in the decision-making process and implementation of any new initiatives within their hospital.
Technically advanced in their field and possess strong emotional intelligence; those who are self-aware, have positive attitudes, authenticity, and empathy toward others.
Participate in weekly operational conference calls.
Participate in practice management updates and training at all levels.
Have strong proven leadership abilities, strong mentoring and team building skills, excellent communication with colleagues and the referring community, and possess a foundation of business skills to work alongside the Hospital Director to support the growing success of the hospital. $180,000 - $220,000
