Ochsner Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Transplant Nephrologist to serve as Medical Director of Kidney Transplantation. As a leader in robotic transplantation, including both donor nephrectomy and kidney transplantation, the program continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in transplant surgery. With a solid foundation, growing volume, and strong institutional support, the program is well-positioned for continued expansion in both scale and complexity.

The Medical Director will lead and oversee a team of four transplant nephrologists while working in close partnership with a highly experienced surgical team of ten transplant surgeons. Supported by a dedicated advanced practice provider team and a 24/7 inpatient coverage model, the program offers a strong and collaborative infrastructure.
