Duke Neurology seeks a board certified Neurologist with interest in Memory Disorders or Behavioral Neurologist with focus in clinical care to join its expanding outpatient neurology practice
The Department of Neurology at Duke University School of Medicine seeks a board certified Neurologist with interest in Memory Disorders or Behavioral Neurologist with focus in clinical care to join its expanding outpatient neurology practice in the rapidly growing Raleigh-Durham, NC area and fill the role of Medical Director/Vice Chief of Clinical Operations of the Memory Disorders Clinics.
  • The hired physician will provide patient care in Duke Neurology Clinics, with a primary focus on Memory Disorders and the option to include a portion of general neurology, as desired.
  • This position is an outpatient-only clinical position, as a team of Duke Neurohospitalists handle all inpatient coverage.
  • Successful candidate will complete all duties of Medical Director including overseeing clinical operations, clinic access, management of clinic personnel and clinical/research continuity.
  • Teaching role includes preceptorship of medical students, neurology residents and fellows from multiple disciplines with an interest in Memory Disorders.
