- Provide clear and concise updates, effectively communicating project progress, timelines, and potential risks.
- Safety and Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Enforce and monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold high construction standards and promptly address any deviations or issues.
- Documentation Management Proficiency:
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager demonstrating a track record of successful project completions.
- Familiarity with the industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse/distribution industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate in-house and third-party teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
