Job Overview: As the Mechanical Site Manager, you will serve as the chief onsite representative, overseeing all construction operations with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to timelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating in-house self-perform erection groups and managing third-party subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Project Oversight:
    • Lead the strategic planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
    • Effectively coordinate and manage in-house self-perform erection groups and third-party subcontractors.
  2. Collaboration and Communication Excellence:
    • Collaborate with the H&M Project Manager, Design team, and onsite customer representatives to align project goals and expectations.
    • Provide clear and concise updates, effectively communicating project progress, timelines, and potential risks.
  3. Safety and Quality Assurance Leadership:
    • Enforce and monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections to uphold high construction standards and promptly address any deviations or issues.
  4. Documentation Management Proficiency:
    • Manage comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
