Mechanical Senior Project Manager

$120,000 to $150,000/year + Per Diem + Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance + Annual Incentive Bonus Eligibility + Benefits

What You'll Lead
  • Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout
  • Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, collections, and profitability
  • Lead project teams and coordinate efforts across operations, field leadership, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Develop and execute project schedules that align resources, milestones, and customer expectations
  • Manage contract administration, change orders, risk mitigation, and project documentation
  • Ensure labor resources, productivity, materials, and equipment are aligned with project objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive project execution while balancing quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement planning, and project buyout activities
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for project team members
  • Forecast project performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
  • Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions that keep projects moving forward

What You Bring
  • 15+ years of construction, mechanical contracting, or project management experience
  • Proven success leading large, complex commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
  • Experience negotiating subcontracts, managing procurement, and overseeing project financials
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and influence business results
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred
