DescriptionMechanical Senior Project Manager$120,000 to $150,000/year + Per Diem + Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance + Annual Incentive Bonus Eligibility + Benefits
What You'll Lead- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout
- Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, collections, and profitability
- Lead project teams and coordinate efforts across operations, field leadership, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
- Develop and execute project schedules that align resources, milestones, and customer expectations
- Manage contract administration, change orders, risk mitigation, and project documentation
- Ensure labor resources, productivity, materials, and equipment are aligned with project objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders
- Drive project execution while balancing quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance
- Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement planning, and project buyout activities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for project team members
- Forecast project performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
- Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions that keep projects moving forward
What You Bring- 15+ years of construction, mechanical contracting, or project management experience
- Proven success leading large, complex commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Experience negotiating subcontracts, managing procurement, and overseeing project financials
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and influence business results
- Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred
