Mechanical Project Manager - Charlottesville, VA

About the Role

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all phases of assigned projects from setup through closeout
  • Coordinate communication between field teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and submittals
  • Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, company standards, budget, and timelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, and project partners
  • Schedule, assign, and direct work for project personnel
  • Participate in pre-bid site visits, job start-up, progress, and closeout meetings
  • Manage project closeout, including O&Ms, warranties, and documentation
  • Drive projects to successful completion with a focus on quality and cost control
