About the RoleThe Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do- Manage all phases of assigned projects from setup through closeout
- Coordinate communication between field teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and submittals
- Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, company standards, budget, and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, and project partners
- Schedule, assign, and direct work for project personnel
- Participate in pre-bid site visits, job start-up, progress, and closeout meetings
- Manage project closeout, including O&Ms, warranties, and documentation
- Drive projects to successful completion with a focus on quality and cost control
What We're Looking For- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and project management processes
- Journeyman or Master's license, or a degree in construction management or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with computers and project-related software
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required
