The Project Engineer is an advanced technical contributor responsible for leading discipline-specific design execution on complex projects while supporting coordination, quality, and delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring junior staff, and driving high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discipline-specific design and documentation on projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Develop coordinated engineering solutions from schematic design through construction documents
  • Direct and review work by Designers and Senior Designers

Knowledge & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
  • 8+ years of MEP consulting design experience

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 - $160,000 base (targeted range; placement based on skills, experience, scope, and internal equity)
