You’ll Bring These Qualifications: 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s 3 years of hands-on experience supporting modernization, maintenance, design and analysis of mechanical systems 3 years of ICBM Sustainment experience 1 year of experience providing technical leadership of an engineering team Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain an U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Excellent written communication skills with a customer focused mindset Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering Minimum 5 years of ICBM experience Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience supporting modernization of ICBM infrastructure including aerospace vehicle ground Systems/subsystem and ground support equipment design and analysis More than 3 years of experience providing technical leadership of an engineering team Thorough knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME and MIL-STDs) Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
