As a
Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for working within an engineering team to provide mechanical engineering input and support for the design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects.

- Provide direction and assist the performance of the water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects.
- Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team.
- Supports risk analysis with project management.
- Lead the development of engineering standards, principles, processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals.
- Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel.
- Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise.
- Develop and update documentation including engineering designs, drawings and site-specific information for the safety, operations, and maintenance of the site.
- Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to operations to ensure assigned functions are efficient and cost effective.
- Take proper safety precautions, anticipate unsafe circumstances, and act accordingly to prevent accidents.
- Contributes to business development through proposal support, identification of client needs and project estimating.
- Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise.
- Interface with other technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals.
- Mentor and provide technical training to junior team members.
- All other duties as required.
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
