Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET level clearance.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects to successful completion.
• Available for in-person customer interactions at local Naval research center and external sites.
• Familiarity with large-scale project management and systems engineering practices.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Preferable experience with National Instrument's hardware/software or similar data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-profile projects to define key test requirements with customers.
• Interface with multiple suppliers and vendors for project execution.
• Establish supporting documentation including technical design packages and analysis of alternatives.
• Demonstrate hands-on involvement in projects as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation and schedules.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and requirements.
• Engage with customers through digital channels and in-person meetings at local Naval sites.
