CEIS | Power is looking for a Consulting Engineer - Power Generation & LTSA to join our team!
We're looking for someone who came up through field services on turbine generators (installation, maintenance, outages) and has since moved into the commercial side: drafting, negotiating, and managing long-term service agreements.
Someone who can stand on a turbine deck and assess a rotor, then sit across the table from an OEM and negotiate performance guarantees and liquidated damages.
The role:
- Supporting a growing LTSA backlog and leading complex bid processes
- Representing owners during planned and unplanned outages
- Owner's engineering across procurement, engineering, construction, and commissioning
- Root cause analysis, maintenance strategy, plant upgrade evaluation

What we're looking for:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Controls, Chemical, or Civil considered)
- 12+ years in fossil or gas turbine-based plants - at plants or with an OEM (GE, Siemens, MHI)
- Field experience on turbine generators
- Background negotiating or managing long-term maintenance agreements
- IPP experience a plus
