This opportunity is suited to a maintenance planning professional with strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise and deep knowledge of analyzer and measurement equipment within a regulated industrial environment. The role supports maintenance planning, scheduling, compliance documentation, and reliability improvement across office and field settings, with a focus on safe and efficient execution. This position offers the chance to contribute to long-term work planning, asset performance, and continuous improvement in a PHMSA-regulated facility.
Required Education: - Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Required Experience: - 10 years of relevant work experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Strong experience in analyzer and measurement equipment planning and maintenance processes.
- Experience working in a regulated industrial or pipeline facility environment.
- Experience developing annual and long-term maintenance work plans and managing scheduled and corrective work orders.
Required Skills: - Extensive working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes, procedures, and best practices for analyzer and measurement equipment.
- Ability to develop and maintain job plans for inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of equipment.
- Capability to define work methods, activities, resources, materials, and logical execution sequences for maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of equipment records, certifications, asset registry, and maintenance history management.
- Ability to use SAP-generated reports to optimise maintenance planning based on technician capacity, equipment availability, and production schedules.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements including OSHA, API, ASME, and local regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, maintenance teams, and contractors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work strategically with limited direction.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Required Certifications: - TWIC card in good standing status (Required).
- Current and valid state-issued Driver's License (Required).
Preferred Qualifications: - Technical Degree or similar.
- Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Scheduling software definition and build experience.
- Experience planning small to medium-scale projects.
- Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment operation, rigging and lifting, welding, fabrication, and machining work estimation and planning.
- Experience working in a PHMSA-regulated pipeline facility.
