  • Provide technical support for projects, commissioning, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and lead training on custody transfer measurement standards and best practices.
  • Help develop and maintain measurement procedures, calibration programs, and verification practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address measurement challenges and enhance performance.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and complete custody transfer measurement audits across Enbridge and interconnection facilities, ensuring adherence to measurement standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.

  • Review equipment, records, processes, and field practices to find opportunities for improvement and support measurement accuracy and integrity.

  • Prepare audit findings, recommend practical corrective actions, and collaborate with collaborators to drive timely resolution of deficiencies.

  • Deliver technical knowledge and measurement backing for projects, commissioning activities, facility modifications, investigations, and operational initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver training that improves understanding and consistent application of custody transfer measurement requirements and standard methodologies.

  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of measurement procedures, standards, calibration programs, and verification practices.

  • Partner with Operations, Asset Performance, Business Development, Loss Management, and other collaborators to address measurement challenges and improve business performance.


Who You Are:
  • Related university degree or technical diploma with several years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and field operations experience.

  • Experience with measurement verification and/or liquid pipeline custody transfer measurement systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess complex issues and make well-informed, independent decisions.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of clarifying technical concepts to varied audiences.

  • Proven ability to influence collaborators, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience interpreting P&ID and PFD drawings is considered an asset.


Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based role with regular travel to field facilities, interconnection sites, and vendor locations.

  • Field work may take place in operating and industrial environments and requires adherence to site safety requirements and personal protective equipment standards.

  • Occasional physical activities including walking facilities, accessing equipment, climbing stairs, and handling testing equipment or samples.

  • Work may involve changing priorities, operational demands, and periodic extended travel to support audits, commissioning activities, training, and technical investigations.
