• New MDS Coordinators will be supported onsite for the first
6-12 months• Experienced MDS Coordinators may be eligible for flexible scheduling sooner

Qualifications:•
MDS experience required• Active
LPN or RN license (BSN preferred)
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and reimbursement processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:- Currently licensed in this state.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- One year of MDS experience preferred.
