Competitive pay: $53-$58/hr DOE (based on experience & licensure - LPN/RN/BSN)
$15,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly over 12 months)

• New MDS Coordinators will be supported onsite for the first 6-12 months
• Experienced MDS Coordinators may be eligible for flexible scheduling sooner

Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed in this state.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • One year of MDS experience preferred.
