🌿 MDS Coordinator (RN) - Full Time, Benefit Eligible
Salary: $94,723-$99,340/year (DOE)
Location: Little Falls, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | Day Hours

💼 Position Summary

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAA), and care plans in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality outcomes, accurate reimbursement, and a positive resident experience. Part of the on-call RN rotation.

• Key Responsibilities
