Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients both in-office and via telemedicine.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
Interpret and document findings from in-house imaging.
Order necessary imaging, lab work, and referrals as needed.
Perform interventional procedures to manage pain effectively.
Prescribe non-opioid medications when appropriate for patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
Participate in rare after-hours or weekend call coverage for patient needs.

Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat guests in-office and via telemedicine
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Interpret and document in-house imaging

APP Oversight & Leadership
Provide clinical oversight of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Meet weekly with APPs to review clinical and operational data
Conduct quarterly performance and goal-setting meetings
Perform monthly chart reviews in accordance with Texas Medical Board guidelines
Operational & Service Line Collaboration
Participate in monthly clinic operations meetings with managers, APPs, and MAs
Meet weekly with the procedure scheduling team to review outstanding orders
Collaborate weekly and quarterly with DOC leadership to:
Review service-line performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes
