JOB DESCRIPTION
FBP is about creating business values by providing insight and foresight, turning them into actions & ensuring its execution through performance management.
Overall, key objective of an FBP is to run business partnering cycle in your scope of responsibility;
Deliver performance transparency
Prepare Budget, forecast & scenario-based simulations & business cases for decision making
Run initiatives and projects together with the business
Monitor the progress which leads back to performance transparency
Key stakeholders of FBP are Product Head / Country Head / Operations / Solution Design / Business Development / Local & Regional Finance team and others
As FBP, the responsibilities include but not limited to;
Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis by customers / sites for stakeholders including insights
Business case and Financial model building & sparring with Product Head / Country Head
Contribution in Product FBP community in Mekong Area and Asia Pacific Region for best practice sharing & capability development of the community
Engagement in projects & other focal roles
Play a key role in business plan of the company and actively drive the business plan with key stakeholders
Work proactively to identify opportunities and drive transformation business growth initiatives
Also, as a senior member of Finance, you are also expected to provide coaching & inspiration for the team to move towards the world-class Business Finance.
Education & Experiences:
Language: Business level English
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling preferred
Experience: A combination or either of with at least 5 years' experience 1: Experience in Logistics & services industry with the relevant educational background, 2: Previous role as Finance planning & analysis, Finance Business Partnering roles, , Corporate planning or equivalent
Skills & Capabilities (in the order of importance):
Financial acumen: Understanding & telling stories based on Profit & Loss, Building Business case & Financial/investment model for decision making
Problem solving: Quickly capturing what business requires, providing relevant insights based on the best data available for decision making. Decomposing a complex problem into manageable pieces
Stakeholder management: Engaging with senior leaders, managing expectations and speaking-up & influencing without authority
Communication & presentation: Presenting in front of senior leaders & decision makers and getting your point come across in English
Business acumen: Understanding of Logistics & Services business
Microsoft Office suites: Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
SAP or Oracle or BI experience will be advantage
