Our Sales Mentor Program is designed to help new consultants develop confidence, learn proven sales techniques, and build a successful career from day one. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals who will coach and support you throughout the sales process.

To help you get started, participants in our Mentor Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while learning the business and developing their skills.
What You'll Do

As a Mazda Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of the vehicle-buying experience, from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and follow-up. You'll build lasting relationships while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the dealership lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct engaging and informative test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales and delivery process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities within dealership CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or other commission-based sales environments are also encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
