Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I Manager experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and lender programs expected.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• High level of professionalism and integrity is a must.
• AFIP certification is preferred, demonstrating industry commitment.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, and protection options to customers.
• Sell F&I products like service contracts, GAP, and protection plans.
• Structure retail, lease, commercial, and fleet transactions efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
• Ensure finance paperwork is accurate, compliant, and timely.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain AFIP certification and all necessary licensing.
